Medichem Properties Ltd, until recently known as Walbrook Investments Ltd, was established in 1996. It began with a purchase of some commercial buildings for a local company to facilitate their growth, soon expanding into the residential property market.

Since 1996, Medichem Properties has acquired a large portfolio of commercial buildings and residential properties, spanning Kent, London and Surrey.

In 2020, the decision was made to change the name to Medichem Properties Ltd as the business has evolved and is now more than an investment company; instead an innovative active business, developing new opportunities in commercial and residential property in Swale and the South East.
